Remote build — only the Demo & Judging Night (Sat, 5 PM @ Soil Spaces) is in person.
Timeline
Fri 17 July, 12:00 PM — Kickoff (online), tracks go live
Sat 18 July, 5:30 PM — Code freeze (sharp)
Sat 18 July, 5:00–5:30 PM — Check-in & final submission at venue
5:30–8:00 PM — Team pitches (≤15 teams × 10 min: 2m demo, 3m pitch, 5m Q&A)
8:00–9:00 PM — Startup pitches + pizza/networking
9:00–10:00 PM — Expert talks (AI system design; latency/caching/tokens; evals & observability)
10:00–11:00 PM — Judging, winners & awards 🏆
