Almost nobody has cracked the boring-but-brutal part: running them safely inside a real company - connecting an LLM to your actual data and tools without leaking secrets, having to go through 3000 OAuth flows for every user, or over-permissioning everything (#yolo-mode).

​We're getting a small group of strong Montreal engineers together for drinks on a terrasse in Mile-Ex. No talks, no slides - just smart people who build, trading notes on agents, MCP, open source, and what it actually takes to get this stuff into production.

​It's put on by the team at Archestra - we build in the open (an open-source stack for running AI agents securely in the enterprise), we're hiring, and mostly we just like being around people working on the same hard problems.
