About Event

Dearest visionaries, artists, founders, executives and healers:

You're invited for the showcase of our first ever Fully Me ~ A Public Speaking Course cohort. Please join us to experience how Pluto members do a public speaking event, as we take you through a seven-part journey of hope & healing.

This will be a warm, full-hearted evening where we share our seven microtalks in an intentional order along with painting and sound--the culmination of everything we've been building together in this cohort:
- Oh Good Grief by Karen Choi
- Who Ask for This Status Quo? by Hamid Mohammadi
- Fully Me in the Moment by Rosebridges Starchuk Code
- Dreams Undone and Legacy by Mythily Mudunuru
- Freefall into the Unknown by Lisa Nogueira
- Medicine You Can Sit In by Nitika Oberoi
- The Crystalline Structure of Chocolate by Stacey Burgess

In Fully Me ~ A Public Speaking Course, we have been studying how to be on stage, fully ourselves in the moment, talking about things that matter, holding the energy of the room together with the audience, and bringing people to tears.

We follow a new, proprietary methodology for public speaking designed around oxytocin, not adrenaline and cortisol. This methodology has been called "worldview-shattering", "mind-blowing", "brain-rewiring" and "a framework that feels so much more aligned".

This cohort is the first ever group of people to be trained in this methodology by its inventor, Rosebridges. Rosebridges developed this methodology during ten years of professional public speaking around the world.

See you there, on Pluto in the Main Hall.

About Karen Choi

Karen Choi is the founder of Balm, where she creates restorative live experiences that make space for people to slow down and tend to their inner lives. A longtime arts professional, her work is shaped by a deep curiosity about what music makes possible when words fall short. She loves second movements, honest conversations, large bodies of water and making Chinese dumplings.

About Hamid Mohammadi

Hamid Mohammadi is an artist and architect and creator with a passion for social spaces and art that amplifies the individual and the collective. With over 15 years of experience, Hamid runs his own architecture and art practice in Toronto called Goodplace Design. He has exhibited his artwork in many solo and group shows as well as having worked on numerous residential and commercial buildings in Ontario. Hamid aims to create a better place for all walks of life with his art and architecture.

About Mythily Mudunuru

Mythily Mudunuru's professional career of 15 years spans psychology, behaviour therapy and software engineering. She is currently alchemizing her personal and professional experiences in creating an entrepreneurial path as a neurodivergent coach in Toronto.

About Lisa Nogueira

Lisa Nogueira is a mother and entrepreneur who spent years tracing the patterns that kept her stuck in cycles of doubt, overthinking and searching outside herself for answers—patterns shaped by what was inherited, conditioned and unconsciously repeated. That search became R3, a body-led approach working across fascia, subconscious patterning and energy to create change at the levels where those patterns are held. Now bringing R3 into groups, Lisa explores how its tools—amplified through reflection and connection—can deepen the individual journey, helping us create space for more of ourselves to emerge without having to navigate it all alone.

About Nitika Oberoi

Twelve years in hospitals and design firms taught Nitika the full design lifecycle, concept to occupancy: define how a workplace needs to work, then specify the furniture that gets it there. She has led consultant teams to work through activity-based workplace strategy in live, occupied buildings. She now owns Crafted Space Interiors, a Canadian-made furniture dealership, where she collaborates with designers from the side of the table that decides what ends up in a space.

About Stacey Burgess

Stacey Burgess, founder of LIVEON Chocolate, has been making chocolate and playing singing bowls for over 20 years, infusing love and passion into every piece. Her joy stems from the feelings expressed when people enjoy her creations.
