The Conversational AI Meetup returns to London this October to explore how to build good conversation design principles into AI agents.
Large language models are incredibly fluent, yet they often break some of the fundamental rules of conversation design. And many of the teams now building AI agents have little grounding in conversation design practice.
For this session, we’ll be joined by Rebecca Evanhoe and Diana Deibel, who literally wrote the book on conversation design: Conversations with Things: UX Design for Chat and Voice.
Join us for an evening of networking and learning as we look at the conversational norms AI models struggle to follow, what that means for the user experience, and how we can design agents that communicate more effectively.
