​🍷 15h00 – 17h00 · Tasting A final tasting flight to carry the afternoon as the race plays out. Slow sips, big moments.

​🥄 19h00 – 22h00 · Benezet Caviar Tasting A dedicated Benezet caviar tasting woven through dinner service. Spoon, sparkle, repeat.

​👨‍🍳 19h00 – 22h00 · Dinner A celebratory sit-down dinner. The weekend's send-off plate.

​💿 20h00 – 22h30 · Lumijay Lumijay back on the decks. Warm-up reprise — the room tightening for the finale.

​⭐ 22h30 – 00h30 · Desiree Desiree closes the weekend. Headline set, floor on full throttle, the checkered flag drops at 00h30.
