​We are hosting a relaxed builder session on September 27th: a few hours of building, exchanging ideas, and nerding out about AI with technical founders, early-stage builders, and operators from across Berlin.

We'll kick off with a short intro to System One models: a new class of models that skips text generation entirely and returns fast, typed, calibrated decisions instead. We'll walk through Jev, TypeSafe's newly released model, and Laya, an open-weight alternative you can fine-tune and run yourself. No homework required; the intro covers everything you need.

After that, the time is yours. Throw Jev at a real workflow, fine-tune Laya, or simply make progress on your own project.

What to expect:

→ Open build time: use it however you like
→ Casual conversations about System One models, fine-tuning, and tooling
→ Good company, drinks (includes beers) & snacks

No formal program beyond the intro. Just laptops, good conversations, and people working on interesting things. We're keeping the group small so there's room for real exchanges.
