​Description: Feel better and do better — finding your role in climate action. Learn how to turn worry about climate change into a sense of purpose and discover simple ways to make a difference in your work, studies, or everyday life.

​Purpose: To help participants move from feelings of helplessness about climate change to a sense of personal agency, purpose and empowerment— regardless of their role, background, or career path.

• ​Everyone has agency — whether you're a founder, employee, student, or citizen.

• ​“Every job is a climate job” — reframing work as impact.

• ​Activism vs Activator: both are valid paths to change.
