[AI Hackathon] AI features for drop-in sports apps
A one day, fully online build sprint hosted by Cona (www.cona.futbol) to create useful AI features for a sports app. You can start from scratch or continue an existing project, but you must show progress made during the event window.
Who should come Founders and builders shipping AI products Engineers, ML builders, PMs, and designers who can build or demo quickly Anyone with an AI feature idea, prototype, or workflow tool they want to push into a usable MVP Anyone who likes sports and coding
How it works Build during the event window (12PM Friday to 6:00PM Saturday PT) Submit a “before” snapshot of your starting point Submit your final “after” results by the deadline Judges review submissions and select a winner
Submission format Before submission: screenshots of your starting point + 2 sentences on what you plan to build Final submission: screenshots of what you shipped + 2 sentences on what changed and why it matters Optional: repo link or short demo video
Schedule (PT, Los Angeles) 10:00 AM Sat: Build window opens 4:00 PM Sat: "Before" submission deadline (starting work screenshots) 4:00 PM Sun: Final submission deadline (end results screenshots) 6:00 PM Sun: Winner announced
Judging Projects will be formally scored on: Usefulness: solves a real problem with clear value Shipped progress: meaningful progress within the event window Usability: simplicity and ease of use Bonus points for using an LLM as a core part of the feature
