Learn how to get the most out of AI coding assistants with Google
AI coding assistants are transforming the way people write, debug, and ship code, but many people are still only scratching the surface of "Vibe Coding" and what these tools can do. This event is the second the AI House series of events about how to improve your AI coding skills.
Manasa Kandula from Google will be giving a presentation on how to improve your use of AI coding tools. Manasa has a PHD in cognitive neuroscience, and now works as a Practice Lead for Application Modernization at Google. She works on a variety of different AI project at Google.
Here is the agenda for the event on 2 December:
Coding assistants demo – Manasa will give a live demo showcasing how AI can help in different parts of the software development life cycle (code generation, testing, code-reviews, etc) using Gemini CLI, Antigravity, and the new Gemini 3. She'll use the demo to highlight AI tool pitfalls and best practices.
Short case study – She will showcase a practical (but tricky!) use case as an example – migration and modernization of legacy code.
Discuss general tips – Manasa will wrap up by sharing some general tips for getting more out of AI coding assistants.
Audience Q&A Session – we will leave plenty of time for Q&A with the audience.
Hope to see you there!
