GTM Hackathon
GTM Hackathon
Hosted by Founder Social Club
Most companies do not lose because the product is bad.
They lose because the message is unclear, the audience is too broad, the outbound does not land, or the team is testing too many things at once.
This GTM Hackathon is for founders, GTM operators, sales, biz dev, partnerships, and growth people who want to build, test, and sharpen how they are going to market.
Over the course of the evening, teams will work on a real GTM challenge. That could be positioning, outbound, partnerships, landing pages, launch strategy, customer discovery, or turning attention into pipeline.
You will have time to build, get feedback, share what you worked on, and hear from judges who will select a winner at the end.
The 5 GTM tracks
Reduced from the 10-theme list to 5 evening-buildable tracks, each with a sponsor platform and credits so builders can go deep. Every track answers the same core question: how do you find, reach, or convert customers better?
Track 1 — Outbound & Signal-Based Prospecting
Build: A signal-triggered outbound motion — spot an intent signal, build a targeted list, and write personalized multi-touch sequences. Bonus: an agent that sources and executes.
Deliverable: A live outbound campaign (ICP + signal + list + sequenced messaging), or an automation that sources and personalizes at scale.
Judged on: Sharpness of targeting and message; whether the timing/signal logic is real; would it actually book meetings.
Track 2 — Inbound & Website Conversion (attention → pipeline)
Build: Turn traffic into pipeline — an interactive on-site experience or qualification flow, or a high-converting landing / launch page.
Deliverable: A live landing/launch page, or an on-site agent that qualifies visitors and books meetings.
Judged on: Conversion logic, clarity of positioning on the page, polish, and how well the platform is used.
Track 3 — Paid & AI-Native Distribution
Build: A paid acquisition experiment — ad creative + targeting + landing + measurement — or distribution/monetization inside AI apps.
Deliverable: A paid campaign concept (creative, audience, budget logic, measurement plan) or an AI-native ad / intent placement.
Judged on: Creative quality, targeting/intent logic, measurement rigor, and novelty of channel.
Track 4 — Lifecycle, CRM & Personalization
Build: A lifecycle/CRM automation or a personalization system — onboarding and nurture flows, segmentation, and behavior-driven personalized touches.
Deliverable: A working lifecycle flow or personalization engine wired to sample data.
Judged on: How well it uses data, relevance of personalization, and whether it would lift activation/retention.
Track 5 — Organic Content & Founder-Led Distribution
Build: An organic content engine or founder-led motion — a content generation/repurposing system, or a launch content kit plus a founder-led sales playbook.
Deliverable: A system that outputs a week of channel content, or a founder-led content/outbound playbook with real assets.
Judged on: Distinctiveness of voice, output quality and volume, and a clear plan to test it next week.
