Johannes Reck is the co-founder and CEO of GetYourGuide, a globally leading platform for tours, attractions, and travel experiences. Since founding the company in 2009, he has grown it from a student project into a global marketplace, with over 200 million experiences booked across more than 12,000 cities. GetYourGuide employs more than 850 people from over 75 nationalities and operates internationally with around 17 locations worldwide.

Leo leads Gründerszene, Germany’s most influential startup media platform at Axel Springer. He is also the host of the Business Class podcast, where he speaks weekly with leading entrepreneurs and top executives about their lives and careers.
Thomas Jarzombek - Parliamentary State Secretary
Thomas is a German politician and member of the Christian Democratic Union, serving as a Member of the German Bundestag since 2009, representing Düsseldorf. He is Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Digital and State Modernisation, where he works on the digital transformation of government and public administration. Before and alongside his political career, he founded an IT services company, bringing entrepreneurial and tech industry experience into his work on digital policy, innovation, and modernisation.
