ATIHx Barcelona is hosting an informal gathering to discuss how we can collectively affect, inform, and improve the Responsible Tech ecosystem
This time, we’ll feature a guest presentation, followed by an open discussion. Then we’ll run a simple & fun activity to help you connect with people who care about similar issues across tech, ethics, policy, and social impact.

Designing Financial Technology from Autistic Perspectives
Money is something we all have to deal with, whether we like it or not. As managing money becomes increasingly digital, new questions arise about whether these technologies truly work for all kinds of people. Helena Lyhme’s research explores how financial technologies could be reimagined from Autistic perspectives, looking at how autistic people use, adapt, and creatively reshape these tools to make them work for their everyday lives.
Helena Lyhme is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Human-Computer-Interaction Design, City, St George’s, University of London. She previously worked as a Business Analyst at Thoughtworks, always on a mission to keep humans at the centre of technology.
