About Event

Hosted by Natacha Lord - Global Head Model Risk Management at Rabobank

Over the last decade, many organisations have strengthened model frameworks, increased validation discipline, and improved compliance. Yet across the industry we continue to see trust failures - conduct, reputational, and legitimacy issues - not necessarily because models are “wrong,” but because decisions are no longer explainable, challengeable, or clearly owned.

This round table explores where risk stops being a technical problem and becomes a leadership responsibility. Using AI and model-driven decisions as a stress test, we will discuss how transparency, accountability and human judgement must evolve to preserve trust - with supervisors, customers, employees and society.

The objective is not to debate frameworks or regulation, but to surface how senior leaders must think and act differently when complexity increases faster than explainability.

We kindly request that you bring a valid form of identification upon arrival for registration at the reception. If you are arriving by car, we would appreciate receiving your license plate number in advance.
