Out in Climate is a non-profit dedicated to building community among LGBTQ+ professionals in the climate space. Our mission is to foster networking and mentoring, and to uplift queer voices working on climate solutions. Since our founding in 2022, we've 

 connecting professionals across a broad swath of organizations, including climate tech startups and investors, government, and NGOs.

 is a climate innovation hub that combines coworking and a digital membership network. Founded in 2023, 9Zero’s mission is to accelerate innovation in climate through connection and discoverability. We accelerate climate solutions by enabling all stakeholders in the ecosystem – startups, investors, corporations, service providers, policy makers, and academics.
