AI in product: from customer signal to validated ideas

​A customer asks for a feature. Before building it, the team needs to understand the problem, compare possible solutions and find out what would make an idea worth pursuing.

​Amalia Gómez will interview Jorge Alcántara about how he uses AI in that work at Zentrik. We’ll follow a case from customer signal to product options and a plan for validation, opening the working materials along the way.
