HR AI Hackathon, presented by Luo

​Join us at Maria 01 in Helsinki for an evening focused on practical AI in HR. We’ll begin with a talk from special guest speaker Katja Rantala, who will share how Aiven’s HR teams use AI and purpose-built tools to work more effectively, make better use of their time, and support their people with smarter internal processes.

​After the talk, the evening turns hands-on. You’ll get the chance to build your own HR tool with Luo, an AI platform designed to help anyone create the tools and AI agents they need without a heavy technical setup. Whether you’re thinking about hiring workflows, internal support, people operations, or everyday HR tasks that could run more smoothly, this is a chance to turn ideas into something real.

​The Luo team will host the evening and help guide the session, making it approachable for both HR professionals and anyone curious about what AI can actually do in day-to-day work.
