This session practises ecstatic dance on a deeper level — connecting more consciously with our bodies, emotions, the music and each other.
Creating awareness for our own dance, our own emotions. A space to move, explore, be curious and grow.
No previous experience is needed. Whether you’re completely new or have danced with us before, you’re welcome.
