Growing Maryland’s Bio Workforce, Together | MOORE-Bio Webinar
A Statewide Effort to Build Maryland’s Future Bio Workforce
Maryland’s life sciences ecosystem is at an inflection point. Scientific excellence, commercialization momentum, and industry growth are accelerating—but the workforce systems needed to sustain them require deeper coordination across employers, academia, economic development, and ecosystem partners.
MOORE-Bio (Mobilizing Opportunity & Outreach for Regional Excellence in Bio) was created to meet that moment.
Join us for a webinar introducing this TEDCO Equitech Growth Fund–supported workforce initiative, designed to align Maryland life sciences employers, academic institutions, workforce organizations, and regional stakeholders around a shared approach to developing diverse, job-ready talent—while reducing friction for companies and strengthening pathways for emerging professionals.
This session provides a practical overview of how MOORE-Bio works, who it’s designed for, and how organizations can engage at different levels—whether as hiring partners, training collaborators, or ecosystem builders—to strengthen talent pipelines and reinforce Maryland’s position as a national life sciences leader.
You’ll hear directly from program partners about why MOORE-Bio was built, how cross-sector collaboration improves outcomes across the ecosystem, and what success looks like when industry, education, and economic development move in sync.
Whether you’re hiring, training, investing, or shaping regional strategy, this webinar offers a clear entry point into a workforce effort designed not just to support individual organizations—but to help define Maryland’s future in bio, together.
