Synopsis: In this session, attendees will get a practical look at how to transform fragmented, multi-step processes like employee onboarding into seamless, intelligent workflows using the Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agent Engine, and Application Integration to connect custom agents directly to core enterprise systems like ITSM, ERP, and CRM. The session will also cover the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform’s four core pillars—Build, Scale, Govern, and Optimize—equipping you to manage a secure, unified AI landscape that eliminates tool fragmentation and enforces robust corporate data governance.
Speaker Bio:
Wei Yih is a Forward Deployed Engineer at Google with over 10 years of experience as an AI/ML practitioner building agentic applications. He has worked with customers across various industries on a wide variety of use cases, such as energy optimization, travel route risk assessment modeling, and the fine-tuning of Large Language Models. Prior to joining Google, Wei was a Senior Applied Scientist in the Professional Services and Prototyping Team at Amazon Web Services.
