Back to the Future of Work — Panel Discussion
Monday, December 15th | 6:30–8:30 PM
Hosted by Fractio
Presented by spARK Labs by ARK Invest (formerly TBIC)
In Partnership with AI Salon St. Pete/Tampa
Join us for Back to the Future of Work, a forward-looking panel that reimagines how we define, measure, and value work in an AI-powered, digitally connected world.
Inspired by conversations sparked at Fractio’s original event, this discussion explores why traditional time-based pricing models are becoming outdated and what new models of value creation look like in an era shaped by remote work, automation, and intelligent tools.
Our panel brings together leaders across HR, education, finance, and innovation — including Wendy Sellers (The HR Lady), Nicolas Genest (co-founder of CodeBoxx Technology), Phil Nahajewski (Florida CFO Group), and Christina Adames (Corus Innovation Labs), Joey De Villa, (Sales Engineer at Fractio and Senior IT Consultant at Atypical Consulting) — guided by moderator Fatin Kwasny, founder and CEO of Fractio.
Set in a collaborative, community-driven atmosphere, the conversation will challenge conventional thinking and open the door to new perspectives on productivity, compensation, talent development, and the evolving expectations of both workers and organizations.
Together, we’ll explore questions such as:
What happens when “hours worked” is no longer the best metric for productivity or value?
How do outcome-based or usage-based models better reflect the impact people deliver in an AI-augmented environment?
How should businesses adapt to stay competitive as technology reshapes every role?
Whether you’re a business leader, HR professional, consultant, technologist, or simply curious about the future of work, this panel offers a thoughtful, practical, and forward-looking conversation about where work is heading next!
