​John D'Agostino Bio: In addition to being Head of Institutional Strategy at Coinbase, John is also Chairman of US Asset Management Committee for the Department of International Trade, Co-Founder of AIMA's Digital Asset Working Group, Research Affiliate at MIT, and Lecturer at Columbia University. John also boasts a deep "traditional finance" background and is one of our finest leaders for USA crypto. He is can't-miss-TV, and we look forward to his insights, candor, and legendary storytelling.

​Sam Gaer Bio: Sam is the Chief Investment Officer of the Directional Strategy at Monarq Asset Management.  Prior to Monarq, from 2024 to 2025, he was Co-Portfolio Manager at BlockTower Capital Advisors, overseeing its flagship fund, managing a team of researchers and traders, and implementing advanced trading technology.   Before BlockTower, Sam founded and led Katana Financial LLC, a systematic asset manager, as CEO from 2014 to 2024. Leveraging its ultra-fast HFT software, Katana became one of the largest VIX traders globally and, in 2018, was among the first market makers for CME's Bitcoin and Ethereum futures. From 2021 to 2024, the fund expanded its scope, deploying its technology and data to trade a range of algorithmic strategies across both digital assets and traditional futures markets.   Earlier in his career, Sam served as Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President at FINRA. Prior to FINRA, Sam was Executive Vice President of Nymex Holdings Inc.,
