We’re thrilled to be launching the Seattle chapter of Women of Customer Success - and we’re doing it in partnership with Aircall, long-time supporters of the WoCS community across London, New York, Sydney, and beyond.
Please join us from 5:30pm, April 16th at Aircall’s beautiful Bellevue office for a leadership panel with Q&A followed by a guided workshop & networking evening.
What this event is about
Every CS career is shaped by a handful of defining moments. The first major customer escalation. The project that changed your trajectory. The manager who challenged you to think bigger. In this panel, experienced CS leaders will reflect on the moments that shaped their careers and share the lessons they wish they had known earlier. Whether you're an IC or leading a team, you'll walk away with new ways to think about your own growth in Customer Success.
We’ll start with a candid fireside chat with senior CS leaders sharing how their careers actually evolved - the strengths they developed, the decisions that shaped their path, and what helped them move from execution to influence.
Then we’ll move into a short guided workshop: The Wheel of Customer Success.
Through this interactive exercise, you’ll step back from the day-to-day and reflect on:
Where you’re currently investing your time and energy
Where you want to grow next
One meaningful shift that could move your career forward
