About Event

You are:

  • the mom who does "all the things" but feels exhausted, unseen, or undervalued.

  • the high achieving woman in leadership with people pleaser, perfectionist, over-thinking patterns who feels self doubt, burned out, or stuck.

  • the person who pours into everyone but feels guilty when taking time for you.

This is:

  • a safe space to learn about contemplation practices (yoga, journaling, meditation, etc.) that can support you in navigating your career and life when the future feels uncertain, particularly if you are struggling with burnout or making a career pivot.

  • an opportunity to rekindle, make space for, or try something creative (think origami, watercolor, crochet, etc.) even if you have zero experience.

  • a way to connect with yourself and others like you who don't want to "new year/new me" but rather start curating the practices that enable you to continue to nurture and support others without losing yourself.

Join me in a monthly gathering where you'll participate in an experience that connects you with others and a creative activity that lets you just be.

No experience needed. Everything will be provided for you. You are always welcome to bring something to journal with if you like to capture reflections or notes as you will be encouraged to set your phone aside in our time together.

Yoga practices and creative activities will be generally accessible to most people as I'll teach individual poses or breathwork that can be modified or skipped. As always, consult your medical professional if you have pre-existing conditions or concerns about engaging in any yoga practices.
