โ€‹๐Ÿ’ฌ Ask a VC Anything: What Founders Should Know

โ€‹About the Session

โ€‹Fundraising and venture capital can feel like a black box.

โ€‹What do investors actually look for? When should you start raising? What is a cap table or a data room? What are the different stages of funding? And how do you actually find and approach investors?

โ€‹This Founder Labs session is an interactive AMA with Nathaniel, Principal at Betatron Venture Group, shaped directly by attendee questions. Instead of a traditional presentation, we'll explore the fundamentals of fundraising and venture capital from an investor's perspective.

โ€‹Attendees will be asked to submit at least one question during registration. Questions will be anonymized and used to guide the conversation, so we can focus on what founders actually want to understand about investment.

โ€‹You don't need to be actively fundraising to attend. Whether you're preparing for a future raise, curious about how venture capital works, or want to understand how investors evaluate startups, this session will help demystify the process.

โ€‹Designed for early-stage and aspiring founders, the conversation will focus on practical fundamentals without assuming prior fundraising knowledge.
