Continuation Vehicle Prep Engine
What this workshop covers
This is a 1-hour hands-on session showing GPs, fund principals, and deal teams how to prepare a continuation vehicle, a re-underwriting memo, a conflicts register, and an LP disclosure outline, using Claude AI agents inside Claude Cowork.
We walk you through a production-ready multi-agent workflow that takes an asset and a proposed CV structure and produces the documents a GP-led secondary needs to survive LP scrutiny, so by the end of the session you can stand up the case, the conflicts map, and the disclosure outline without assembling them by hand.
Limited slots available. First come, first served.
Section 1: Running the Full CV-Prep Workflow How to have Claude run the entire engine in one sequence. An Orchestrator restates the asset, the CV rationale, the structure, and the stakeholders, and flags what is missing. An Asset Re-underwriter builds the case for holding the asset in a CV, the remaining value-creation plan, the base case, and the return profile, tying every assumption to the data. A Bull argues why the asset belongs in a CV and beats a sale today. A Bear on a fresh turn argues why it should be sold now, attacking the hold thesis. A Fairness Lens frames how the proposed price is defended to LPs and where it is most exposed. The run ends at the Conflict Watch Dog, which tests the process against ILPA guidance on GP-led secondaries, lists every conflict and every disclosure LPs will require, and issues ready, not ready, or ready with conditions.
Section 2: Turning the Workflow into a Reusable Skill How to capture the run order as a Claude skill so the conflicts discipline runs the same way every time. We build the skill that encodes each seat, the fairness framing, and the ILPA conflict checklist, so the full CV-prep pack becomes a single instruction rather than a sequence you reconstruct under deadline.
Section 3: Root Files and Workspace Configuration How the files driving the workflow actually work: the workspace identity and house rules, the skill file for the CV engine, the editable criteria that hold your conflict tests and disclosure requirements so your team can tune them to your LPA and ILPA bar, and the agent files behind the Bull, Bear, Fairness Lens, and Conflict Watch Dog. Configure these once and every CV you prepare gets re-underwritten, stress-tested, and conflict-checked against the same standard.
