SBC Visits Rowayton Library!
Hello Readers!
We are happy to announce a November SBC event!
SBC Norwalk will be gathering at the Rowayton Library at 33 Highland Avenue in Norwalk CT on Tuesday November 17th. We will meet in the Community.
The library has a parking lot.
While the library doesn't offer food, we are welcome to bring light snacks with us.
We can only accommodate 40 people at this event, so be sure to register in advance in Luma.
Here’s what to expect:
Meeting Flow:
6:00 - 6:30 PM: Arrive, settle in, and maybe say hi to a new face or two!
6:30 - 7:30 PM: Our famous quiet reading time. Bring your current read or discover something new—we’ll have book suggestions ready if you’re looking for inspiration. Don't forget those headphones if you’re listening to an audiobook!
7:30 - 8:00 PM: Time to chat! Whether it’s about the book you’re loving, a new recommendation, or just swapping fun stories, this is the time to share.
Our Mobile Library will be there, so if you’ve got books you’re ready to pass on or swap, bring them along. It's all about sharing the love of reading—one book at a time.
If you have any ideas about future meetings, feel free to let me know in person or message me on Instagram. Always excited to hear from you!
Happy Reading,
