Berlin Jobs-to-Be-Done Enthusiasts' Meetup
Dear Jobs-to-be-Done Community,
We feel that things have calmed down a bit around our topic in recent years, although it continues to enjoy great popularity in startups and large corporations alike.
We, a small group of product and innovation enthusiasts, met regularly from 2013 to 2018 at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute, at the Service Design Drinks in Berlin, and informally to discuss the theory and approach.
Over time, a generational shift has occurred, and the old JTBD Berlin Meetup community no longer exists in its original form. But we “JTBD veterans” are still here, continuing the work, with little time to share what changed, and how our JTBD endeavors shaped our work in the past decade. And that’s exactly what this meetup is for.
We rekindle the community for a special occasion. Europe’s arguably most experienced JTBD experts, Yann Wermuth and Beat Walther from Vendbridge Zurich, have published the first German-language book on the topic, making their CFI approach accessible to all German-speaking people involved in innovation and product development in simple language.
So, in honor of our two guests, we’d like to bring the Berlin community together again over pizza and drinks (starting at 6 pm) to share experiences and inspiration (starting at 6:30 pm). Yann and Beat will present CFI using an industry case study. We’ll talk a bit about AI and organizational (change) challenges, share some crazy JTBD stories we’ve experienced, and also collect any stories you might bring along.
We look forward to seeing you all again!
