Designed as a high-trust environment, the evening fosters meaningful, two-way dialogue where experience meets fresh perspective.

​This is not a panel or networking reception. It is a curated, working dinner designed for thoughtful, peer-level conversation between about 20 MCS students and about 20 professionals.

​The evening will focus on:
· Translating climate ambition into real-world execution
· Career pathways and pivots into climate work
· Skills and leadership needed in this moment
· Where industry needs fresh thinking

​The format is intentionally intimate, with small-group discussion and guided prompts to encourage candid exchange.
