​In this live, unscripted ID Power Hour, Sudeep invites you into the bowling alley of learning design - where each frame you build and each move you make aims to knock down the Nine Pins of Instruction based on Robert Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction.

​You will see these principles not in theory, but as a rhythm - an invisible sequence that makes great facilitation look effortless. Together, we shall crowdsource a real challenge from the participants, design a solution live and then reveal how each of the nine pins fell into place.

​No slides. No script. Just design in motion, using universal learning principles hidden in plain sight.

​This session is for you if:

• ​You already design or facilitate learning experiences and want to sharpen your craft.

• ​You are curious about how Gagné’s Nine Events come alive in real time.

• ​You enjoy seeing design principles applied in real time, not just discussed in theory.

​This session may not be for you if:

• ​You’re completely new to instructional design.

• ​You prefer a linear, lecture style session with pre-defined answers.

• ​You are uncomfortable with a bit of experimentation, co-creation and surprise.
