Focus Flow Coworking Session

​Join us for a chill coworking session where you can focus and get things done alongside a supportive community!

​Join the Refresh DC community for a relaxed, structured coworking session we’re calling Focus Flow. This is your time to get things done — work, job searching, reading, creative projects, learning, anything.

​You’ll be surrounded by others who are also heads down and making progress. No pressure, no performance — just a supportive environment with a little bit of structure to help you stay on track.

​Facilitated by Rochelle Pennington, she'll guide you through three 50-minute focus blocks with short 5-minute breaks in between, helping you stay energized and accountable.

​What to expect

• ​🎯 Set your intentions or goals
  Privately or aloud, decide what you want to accomplish during the session.

• ​🍅 Guided focus blocks
  We’ll use longer focus periods with breaks in between. Some sessions may experiment with Pomodoro-style intervals; others might be more flexible.

• ​👋🏼 Supportive group energy
  You’re working individually, but not alone. The accountability comes from simply being around others who are focused too.
