About Event

Why Play Matters
For many of us, work has long been tied to survival, resilience, and proving our worth in systems not built for us. Play offers another way forward, one rooted in curiosity, creativity, and connection instead of constant pressure. Research shows that play reduces stress, sparks problem-solving, and strengthens relationships, all skills we need to thrive at work and in life.

This September, we’re taking play seriously (and having fun while we do it).

What to Expect
Join us for an evening that blends community, movement, and reflection:

🏆 Pickleball Tournament – for the competitive spirits
🎾 Casual Pickleball Play – no pressure, just fun
🥎 101 Padel Coaching Session – learn something new Padel is like a mix between squash and tennis (watch an intro video here)

We’ll be joined by the founders of Re-Work, Chantaie Allick and Natasha Singh, who will share their discoveries on play and how it’s reshaped their relationship to work.

Whether you’re here to compete, learn, or simply connect, there’s a place for you on the court.
