5:00 PM: Reception Doors open before sunset. Connect over tacos and refreshments before the program begins.

6:00 PM: Community Spotlights:
Three builders share what they're working on. Ten minutes each: five to present, one question they want the room to answer, one question from the audience. Real work. No decks full of roadmaps.

6:45 PM: Keynote: Elena Madrigal "The Product Is the Message"
Product.ai's VP of Product Marketing doesn't market. She'll tell you what she does instead, and why she stopped asking "how do we promote this?"

7:10 PM: Live Demo: Jessica Ho — The Ingredient Analyzer Product.ai's Product Manager takes you inside what we're building. Live.

7:50 PM: Product.ai Labs 002 Preview First access to our follow-up: a small, invitation-only session where the product meets the people it's built for.

This is a room for builders and shoppers who've built their own systems to navigate a commerce environment that profits from confusion — and refuse to accept confusion as the cost of shopping.
