​How It Works for Job Seekers

1. ​Register here on Luma

   • ​Fill in your details so we can confirm your spot.

   • ​Space is limited, and registration will be approved manually to ensure balance.

2. ​Get Matched on MeeBoss

   • ​Once registered, you’ll receive an invite to set up your MeeBoss profile.

   • ​MeeBoss will automatically match you with open roles from participating startups.

3. ​Start Chatting with Employers

   • ​Use MeeBoss’ ChatFirst platform to connect with companies before the event.

   • ​Build relationships, ask questions, and line up potential interviews.

4. ​Meet In Person at the Festival

   • ​You’ll be able to meet the companis you’ve already chatted with, plus discover new ones.

   • ​Not available during a block? No problem. We’ll also have dedicated space open all day for impromptu chats.

5. ​Keep the Momentum Going

   • ​After the event, continue conversations in MeeBoss chat.

   • ​Many job seekers walk away with interviews scheduled and some even get hired on-site.
