Vesak Day Of Practice
We are happy to announce a Vesak Day of Practice on Sunday, May 3rd, led by Bhante Joe.
This will be a full day of practice including chanting, sitting and walking meditation, a Dhamma talk and discussion, and an optional informal tea at the end of the day. You are welcome to come for the morning session, the afternoon session, or for the full day.
The event will be held at the beautifully situated Walpola Rahula Institute, beside Diyawanna Lake.

8:00 AM — Chanting / Taking the Eight Precepts or Five Precepts
8:30 AM — Meditation
9:00 AM — Walking Meditation
10:00 AM — Guided Sitting Meditation
11:00 AM — Lunch
12:00 PM — Rest
1:00–1:30 PM — Q&A
1:30–2:30 PM — Walking Meditation
2:30–3:15 PM — Sitting Meditation led by Bhante Tay
3:15–4:00 PM — Walking Meditation
4:00 PM — Dhamma Talk, Homage, and Sharing of Merit
5:00 PM — Optional Informal Tea
5:30 PM — Close
