Pups & Pilates: 1% Women x House of RWND
About the Event
Saturday mornings are for movement, fresh air, and good company.
On March 28th, 1% Women (@1percentwomen) collaborates with House of RWND (@houseofrwnd) to bring you Pups & Pilates at Social Wellness Pop-Up — a playful, core-and glute-focused workout experience paired with a guided dog walk and outdoor social hangout.
This event is designed to be shared. Tickets are sold in pairs — you come with a friend, partner, date, or sibling.
When you arrive, pairs are split into two groups. One group begins with a mat-based Pilates session while the other heads out for a guided dog walk. Then you swap.
Everyone trains. Everyone walks. Everyone gets dog time.
Men are absolutely welcome — this is a strength-focused Pilates session built around core stability and glute activation, designed to challenge you in an accessible way.
* Limited solo tickets are available for guests without a dog who want to join the Pilates session and stay for the outdoor hangout. Solo ticket holders may arrive at 9:15 AM to join the Pilates class only and stay for the outdoor hangout afterward, skipping the dog walk portion if preferred.
The Experience
Pilates — A focused mat workout targeting core and glutes through controlled, strength-based sequences. The classes will be taught by @pilateswithpauline and @sofya.forme.
Dog Walk — A relaxed guided outdoor walk while the other group trains, then you switch.
Community Hangout — After both rounds, we gather outdoors to connect, enjoy brand treats, and wind down together.
What You’ll Receive
Each guest will receive a curated goodie bag featuring:
– Healthy soy snacks by @legumi.official
– Healthy brownies by @kikki.treats
– Nourishing bites by @marys.magic
– Protein ice-cream by @proscoop.eu
– Electrolyte drinks by @rcvrydrinks
– Kombucha by @degrowlab
On-site, there will also be brand treats and wellness-focused bites available during the social hangout.
How Tickets Work
This event welcomes guests attending with dogs, without dogs, and solo. Please choose the ticket that best matches how you plan to attend.
Pair Ticket — 2 Guests + Dog(s) Welcome
Arrival: 8:15 AM
This ticket is for two people attending together (friends, partners, siblings, etc.).
You are welcome to bring one dog or multiple dogs — there is no limit.
When the event begins, pairs are split into two groups:
• One group starts with the Pilates session
• The other group begins the guided dog walk
After the first round, groups switch so everyone experiences both parts of the event.
Solo Ticket — 1 Guest + Dog
Arrival: 8:15 AM
If you are attending alone with a dog, you are very welcome.
When groups split at the beginning of the event, your dog can join the guided dog walk group while you participate in the Pilates session. The walk is guided and supervised so solo dog owners can comfortably enjoy the workout.
After the first round, groups rotate.
Solo Ticket — Pilates Only (No Dog)
Arrival: 9:15 AM
This ticket is for guests without a dog who would like to join the Pilates session and the outdoor social hangout.
Pilates-only guests will:
• Join the second Pilates session
• Skip the dog walk portion
• Stay for the community hangout and brand treats afterward
