Join Sana Sana Social for an intimate evening with strength and mindset coach Chantha Thach for a conversation on movement, healing, self-worth, and the journey of becoming.
In a culture that often pushes women to disconnect from themselves in pursuit of perfection, productivity, or appearance, this conversation is an invitation to return to the body with more compassion, trust, and presence.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to build strength from the inside out — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and how movement can become a pathway toward confidence, resilience, self-trust, and personal transformation.
Chantha’s work goes far beyond fitness. Through strength training, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and inner healing practices, she helps women reconnect with themselves and create lasting change rooted in alignment rather than pressure.
She turned her pain into power — and now helps women do the same.
Expect an honest, inspiring, and deeply grounding conversation designed to leave you feeling energized, empowered, and more connected to yourself and the people around you.
Evening Schedule
6:30 PM – Doors open, arrive, and settle in
Light bites and refreshments will be served before the talk.
7:00–8:00 PM – Program featuring a live conversation with Chantha Thach, followed by audience Q+A and a short all-levels movement moment designed to help guests reconnect with their bodies in a gentle and accessible way.
After the program, stay for birthday cake as we celebrate Sana Sana Social’s first birthday.

Chantha Thach is a strength and mindset coach who teaches women that true longevity is about more than workouts or aesthetics. Her approach focuses on building strength from the inside out through movement, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing work.
Her mission is to help women become strong not only in the gym, but in life — because real wellness happens when the mind, body, and soul are aligned.
