​Using AI doesn’t make you AI-native. The best companies and teams are going further and changing how they work.

​Being AI-native means changing how the product gets built, how teams are organised, and how much of the work agents do on their own. Most companies are still somewhere in the middle of that change: some pilots are running, adoption is uneven, and there’s no clear picture of what comes next.

​On November 5th, three people who are already doing this work will show you what it looks like up close. They’ll open their laptops and walk through their workflows, tools and agents, including what went wrong along the way.
