About Event

The People function is changing faster than most organizations have plans for.

AI is reshaping how companies hire, plan workforces, and think about global talent. Immigration and mobility strategies that worked two years ago are being stress-tested. And People leaders are being asked to make consequential decisions without a clear playbook.

This evening is for the leaders living that reality.

People + AI and the Decisions Ahead is a curated panel and networking evening for senior People, HR, and Global Mobility leaders in Seattle. No vendor pitches. No recycled keynotes. Just an honest conversation about what's actually changing, what decisions are on the table, and what it takes to lead through this moment.

Expect a moderated panel with practitioners who will tell you what they're actually seeing, a Q&A designed to surface the questions people are afraid to ask in other rooms, and time to connect with peers who are navigating the same terrain.

Speakers

Britt Provost, SVP of Human Resources, Sunbit
Britt has spent two decades building and scaling People and Culture teams across Microsoft, Apptio, Avanade, Accolade, and Siteimprove, with a track record that includes two IPOs and multiple M&A integrations. She brings the big-picture view of what the People function is being asked to own now, how culture and org design hold up under pressure, and the deeply human side of leading through change.

Jack Leitch, Head of Global Talent Acquisition Programs, Uber
Jack leads Global TA Programs at Uber, where he lives in workforce planning, skills, and internal mobility across a 400-plus person recruiting org. He is candid about the real gap between AI hype and AI adoption in talent, and what teams should actually be measuring as the work changes.

Laura Young, former Senior Director of Global Mobility and Immigration, Salesforce
Laura helped design and scale the Global Mobility and Immigration function at Salesforce. Her work now focuses on how Global Mobility must evolve as workforce models shift and AI changes how organizations decide where talent is needed and how it is deployed. Laura brings a unique perspective on how mobility sits at the intersection of talent strategy, organizational design, and global workforce planning.

Moderator

Priyanka Kulkarni, Founder and CEO, Casium
Priyanka is the CEO of Casium, a platform built to modernize how companies manage immigration and high-skilled visa filings. She leads the company at the intersection of immigration and AI, working on the systems that move global talent and the operational reality behind them. Priyanka brings the builder's perspective: where technology is genuinely reducing friction in people and immigration operations, and where it still falls short.
