Flash Mission: AI Can Help Us Find Answers. How Do We Check Them?

​Check an AI answer against its original sources and repair what doesn’t hold up.

​An answer can sound right and still be wrong. A list of links doesn’t settle it. What matters is whether the sources support the claims.

​We’ll take a short AI answer and check it line by line. We’ll open the original sources, look at dates and context, and ask whether the cited material actually says what the answer claims.

​Then we’ll build a better answer from the evidence we can verify. Anything unresolved stays visible as an unknown. A second reviewer will try to trace the important claims back to their sources.

​You’ll leave with one checked answer, its source trail and a simple review method you can use before passing AI-generated information on.
