People in the Lead: Launch of the First Citizen Track Cycle

​A milestone moment at COP30.

​Brazil’s Presidency and a high-level panel will initiate the permanent Global Citizens Assembly as COP30 legacy inviting it to report back at the Bonn SBs and COP31. This can cement the Global Mutirão as a lasting legacy for citizen participation in climate governance.
