​Martina works with founders and creative leaders to strengthen clarity, creativity, and decision-making under pressure. Drawing on holistic coaching, design thinking, and her background in the Creativity in Leadership program at Stanford University, she designs experiential sessions that turn creativity into a practical leadership skill.
