Exit Readiness for Scaleup Founders: info session
The decisions you make today shape what your company is worth tomorrow.
Join us at OneEleven for an info session on Exit Readiness for Tech Scaleup Founders, a four-week workshop series delivered in partnership with TBDC (Toronto Business Development Centre) starting November 26.
This program isn’t about selling your company. It’s about building one that buyers want, so you have real strategic options when the time comes, whether that’s a strategic acquisition, PE or growth equity, or simply a stronger business. Clean financials, defensible IP, documented processes and a warm acquirer pipeline take 12–18 months to build, and most founders start too late.
At the info session, you’ll learn:
What the four-week series covers: exit strategies and process, building a business that runs without you, valuation for tech companies, and transaction structures (earnouts, equity rollovers, LOIs and more)
Who the program is designed for and how to apply
How it can help you answer the exit questions your investors and board are already asking
Who should attend:
Founders of tech companies with $500K+ ARR and product-market fit, operating 2–10 years, bootstrapped or early-funded, and exploring exit or scale options.
Program dates: Nov 26, Dec 2, Dec 9, Dec 16 · 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
The cohort is capped at 10 founders.
