About Event

Any artists interested in etching positive, confidence-building pathways in their thought patterns—rather than the ones society and media have bombarded us with our entire lives—are invited to join this free Wavy Workshop with Kat and Laura. Together, we’ll explore practical tools and creative exercises designed to help you challenge limiting beliefs, reframe negative self-talk, and build a resilient, authentic mindset that supports your artistic journey.

Meet Kat—a Caribbean-American soul, born in Chicago, now rooted in NYC. Her career spans culinary arts, fitness, customer service, and human resources, all driven by a deep desire to serve. After sustaining a back injury during culinary school, Kat endured 23 years of chronic pain and countless treatments. In 2023, she underwent major spine surgery, a turning point that led her to metaphysics, meditation, and a profound awakening to the mind-body connection. This healing journey revealed how emotional stress and societal expectations had shaped her physical suffering. Inspired by a childhood metaphor from her symphony orchestra teacher—“life is a symphony”—Kat founded Symphonic Mind Body Coaching, guiding others to find their rhythm through movement, mindfulness, and embodied awareness.
During the pandemic, Kat connected with Rebecca from Wavys and became a featured artist under the name KiTTN. In 2025, she became a certified life coach, blending her creative spirit with somatic wisdom to help others live in harmony. Today, Kat is honored to serve the Wavys community and beyond, empowering clients to heal from within.

Laura Jones is a certified coach and music industry mentor with over two decades of experience supporting Grammy Award–winning producers and artists through her company, Little Underground Management. Through coaching, she helps musicians build confidence, clarity, and purpose in their creative careers, offering a safe, inspiring space to reconnect with passion and redefine success on their own terms. A former mentor for Grammy U, shesaid.so, and She Is The Music, Laura’s work is deeply rooted in the belief that when artists feel supported, they create their most powerful work. She’s excited to support Wavy Ambassadors in building creative freedom and community-driven success.
