About Event

Your $6 ticket includes your first drink (non-alc)! Afterwards, light snacks & beverages will be available for purchase.

Girls With Big Ideas is a curated matchmaking event for women-identifying and non-binary founders, future co-founders, and worth-their-weight-in-gold team members who are serious about building companies.

This is not a general networking event. It’s designed for people who are comfortable in startup environments, thrive in ambiguity, and are ready to execute, whether you’re bringing an idea, joining one, or looking for your next high-impact collaboration.

This event is industry-agnostic. Past and current participants span SaaS, CPG, education, and just about every industry in between.

Think speed dating, but for building companies.

How it works:

  • Short, structured 1-on-1 conversations to learn about each other’s skills, style, and ideas.

  • Private scorecards so you can rate fit after every conversation

  • Mutual matches shared post-event so you can continue conversations intentionally

  • Open chatting at the end to keep the conversations going

Curation & Acceptance:

To keep the room high-quality, participation is curated.

  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis

  • Participants are accepted in intentional batches, not first-come, first-served

  • A small number of spots are held until closer to the event to allow for balance across roles and experience levels

If your RSVP is still pending, don’t worry — it likely means you’re under consideration for a later acceptance batch.

Who This Is For:

This event is a strong fit if you:

  • Have real-world experience and can execute

  • Are ready to build or join an early-stage startup

  • Are comfortable with uncertainty, speed, and ownership

  • Want collaborators who actually follow through

Students or early-career participants are not typically accepted at this time.

However, we welcome applications for volunteer roles (check-in, setup, takedown), which include access to the room and conversations.
