Agentic Foundation: Bengalaru Meetup: Beyond Agentic Systems
Beyond Agentic Systems
An open forum for builders, open-source enthusiasts, SaaS founders, product managers, and investors ready to move beyond experimentation and deploy agentic systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This event is hosted under the Agentics Foundation (https://agentics.org/, https://www.linkedin.com/company/agentics-org/), founded by Reuven Cohen ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/reuvencohen/), and supported by a global community of 100,000+ members united by one mission: Autonomous agents that think, adapt, and collaborate. As Bangalore's agentic AI community takes its earliest steps, this is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-signal, founding-era cohort helping shape its direction.
The foundation's ethos is clear: build systems that are not just intelligent, but reliable, observable, cost-efficient, and built for the real world.
🎤 Lightning Talks — 20 min + 5 min Q&A
Builders share real problems, the solutions they've found, and one concrete takeaway the audience can apply immediately.

Building Reliable Agentic Systems for Real-World Outcomes
Led by Rishub C R → https://www.linkedin.com/in/rishub-c-r/
This session covers how to design agentic systems that go beyond intelligence — focusing on reliability, cost-efficiency, and production readiness across three core areas:
Reliable agents with open-source models — Building high-performing agents using models like Gemma 4 and Qwen 3 Coder without compromising quality, while significantly reducing inference and operating costs.
Live data, retrieval, and PII handling — Working with real-time data and dynamic memory using Agentic RAG, Graph RAG, and semantic chunking vs. ASTs, with safe handling of sensitive information.
Memory and long-running workflows — Designing memory architectures and workflow systems that reduce hallucinations, maintain context, and enable agents to complete complex, extended tasks reliably.
👥 Who Should Attend?
Builders, open-source contributors, SaaS founders, product managers, and investors who are actively working on — or seriously exploring — agentic AI in real-world applications.
⚠️ Limited Seats — Application Required
This is a curated, capacity-limited event. Applications are reviewed before approval to ensure a high-quality mix of attendees and perspectives.
