​FHGR — AI Job Interview Coach

​Hoi and welcome to "Hack Apertus"!

​Join us for a live introduction to one of the "Hack Apertus" challenges, brought by FHGR – Fachhochschule Graubünden.

​Young people rarely get to practise job interviews before the real thing. This challenge is about building an Apertus-based AI interview coach that runs realistic, adaptive interviews with young people entering their first job or apprenticeship, and gives them meaningful, personalised feedback.

​In this session:

• ​a walkthrough of the challenge and dataset,

• ​what a strong submission looks like

• ​and a live Q&A with the challenge provider.
