​Over the past several weeks, Flintolabs students have taken real problems, developed their own ideas, and built working products with AI and mentor support.

​Now they're putting that work on a real stage.

​At Demo Day, students will pitch what they built, demonstrate their products, and get feedback from industry leaders and founders. These aren't school projects designed to earn a grade. They're products the students designed, built, and can explain, from the problem they chose to the decisions they made along the way.

​Krishna C - Director, Security AI & Innovation, ADP

​Krishna is an engineering leader who has spent more than a decade turning ambitious ideas into scaled, working systems. Starting as a Lead Application Developer at ADP, he rose through engineering and management roles over 11 years, relocating from Hyderabad to New York City along the way, and now directs the company's work pioneering ML and agentic AI across cybersecurity. Outside his day job, he self-hosts open-source LLMs and writes about privacy-focused AI, guided by his own belief that leadership means "giving people a platform for spreading ideas that work, while leading the way."

​Hari K Srinivasan - Co-Founder & CEO, Dhisana AI

​Hari brings more than 20 years of experience building startups, creating 0-to-1 products, and developing large-scale AI and cloud platforms. He has worked on pioneering products including the first version of GitHub Copilot and Microsoft’s early OpenAI initiatives. Today, as Co-Founder and CEO of Dhisana AI, he is focused on building the next generation of AI agent platforms that transform how revenue teams and enterprises work. Hari is also passionate about mentoring students and young technologists, and has supported programs that have reached more than 1,000 students, many of whom have gone on to build careers at leading technology organizations.

​Shai Aijaz - Founder, Intent Talent Solutions

​Shai is a talent acquisition leader with more than a decade of experience building hiring strategies inside billion-dollar organizations. She founded Intent Talent Solutions to help both job seekers and companies navigate an AI-transformed hiring market, guiding candidates to lead with what makes them distinctive, and helping organizations get ahead of skill gaps before they become critical. Her approach is rooted in a simple belief: in the age of algorithmic recruiting, proactive, human-centered talent strategy is the ultimate competitive advantage.

​We believe students shouldn’t have to wait until college or their first job to gain meaningful experience. At Flintolabs, they work on real problems, use AI as a teammate, get guidance from experienced mentors, and take an idea all the way from concept to working product.
