Closed-Door Industry Consultation

The Blockchain Association Singapore (BAS) is convening a closed-door industry roundtable to gather practical industry feedback on the FATF Public Consultation on the Draft Guidance for Recommendation 16 (Payment Transparency).

Following the June 2025 amendments to FATF Recommendation 16, the draft Guidance provides practical implementation guidance to help financial institutions and payment service providers comply with evolving payment transparency requirements across traditional finance, digital payments, and virtual assets.
