Hear More About:
What happens when the first person you speak to in a hiring process isn't a person at all? Jeff Lai (Product Manager, Hirona) will demo Hirona, its AI interviewer, which conducts voice interviews, asks follow-up questions, and turns every conversation into a scored, ranked shortlist so hiring teams know exactly who to meet next. See what an AI-led interview feels like from both sides: whether you're looking to screen candidates for your next hire, or just want to put yourself in the hot seat and try it out. Get some access to try Hirona after the session! (Technical Level: 100)
Peoplemath: Hiring for Real Fit
Hiring teams often have hundreds of applications to sift through, but a CV and job description only tell part of the story. Gokul Jayaram (Founder, Peoplemath) will share how Peoplemath approaches candidate matching by looking beyond keywords to assess fit against what a company actually values and needs, while keeping recommendations traceable to evidence.
See how AI can support the hiring journey from identifying and assessing candidates to comparing potential hires. Gokul will also share where AI helps, where human judgement still matters, and some of the lessons and trade-offs behind building a system that recommends, but never makes the final decision. (Technical Level: 100)
Omni HR: AI for the First 180 Days
Belle Lim (Head of Sales, Omni HR) will demo how Omni HR uses AI across the first 180 days of the employee journey, from onboarding automation to early engagement signals. See firsthand which parts of the workflow AI can take on, and where manager judgement still needs to lead. (Technical Level: 100)
GeoVector: AI Visibility for HR & Workforce Insights
In recruitment, where a single placement can carry significant value, being missed by AI recommendations can have a real commercial impact. Razvan Iordache (Co-Founder & CEO, GeoVector) will demo how GeoVector helps recruitment companies understand and improve their visibility across AI systems.
Drawing on anonymised data from Singapore recruitment companies, see how this plays out across both traditional and fractional-services recruiting, and what AI visibility could mean for the way HR services are discovered. (Technical Level: 100)
Glints: A Full Suite of AI Agents for HR
What if different parts of your HR operations could each have an AI agent working alongside them? Zheng Peng (Head of AI Transformation, Glints) will showcase how Glints is bringing AI agents across the employee journey, from finding and hiring talent to onboarding, payroll, compliance, and workforce management.
See how different agents and tools work together across everyday HR workflows, and where they could fit into your own organisation. (Technical Level: 100)
Global AI Assurance Sandbox: Testing AI for Hiring Risks
As AI becomes increasingly used in hiring, how do we test whether these systems are behaving as intended? Wen Rui (Senior Manager, IMDA) will share lessons from the Global AI Assurance Sandbox by AI Verify Foundation and IMDA, drawing from real world HR use cases: 4 Generative AI systems were tested for risks including hallucination, data leakage, undesirable content, and bias.
