Touching the Cloud: Where Physical Hardware Meets AWS IoT Core
Most AWS projects start in the cloud. This one starts with an $8 sensor on a breadboard. In this talk, Lia walks through building a real-time environment monitoring system from scratch, connecting an ESP32 microcontroller to AWS IoT Core via MQTT, and routing live data. Along the way, she'll share lessons from applying this to a real construction site use case, and show how the same setup works for monitoring your home or your pet's vivarium!
Managing your Infrastructure with Terraform
Learn how you can use Terraform to manage resources and create reusable environments on AWS.
